Had Levi come out weeks ago for a bid on a tree that was very close to our house and against the fence separating us from our neighbor. The bid was fast and very fair. Levi and his crew arrived on our scheduled appointment on time and all with very professional and polite attitudes. They treated my property with respect. I want to share a Thank You and Appreciation to Jackie, Rick, Patrick and Spencer and for Darrel Emel's Tree Service, while once again, providing a 5 Star customer service and satisfaction. I think Jackie felt my apprehension and fear on the telephone regarding a leaning Hemlock in the back yard that could do some collateral damage whereas she was able to have Rick come out the next day to look at the situation and provide an estimate whereas he was able to arrange a crew to come out the next morning in part to the situation and my concern. The following morning, Patrick and Spencer, in the most professional and courteous manner, had the tree cut down and hauled away in chips with a cleanup second to none. A job well done! I contracted with Darrel Emel's Tree Service to remove a hazardous tree from my property. From my initial phone call to the office, until the job was complete, I was treated courteously and professionally. The job was done with big lift trucks and happened just as safely as I was assured it would be. Once the tree was gone, the crew cleaned up my yard so well you couldn't even tell that I'd had a tree there in the first place!
