I want to share a Thank You and Appreciation to Jackie, Rick, Patrick and Spencer and for Darrel Emel's Tree Service, while once again, providing a 5 Star customer service and satisfaction. I think Jackie felt my apprehension and fear on the telephone regarding a leaning Hemlock in the back yard that could do some collateral damage whereas she was able to have Rick come out the next day to look at the situation and provide an estimate whereas he was able to arrange a crew to come out the next morning in part to the situation and my concern. The following morning, Patrick and Spencer, in the most professional and courteous manner, had the tree cut down and hauled away in chips with a cleanup second to none. I haven't seen such diligent, capable, and courteous workers for a long time, especially the fellow who leads the crew. It's nice to see there are still some around.
